Personal Journey

The Healing Story

"The journey becoming a Health Educator was officially from 2020, but it had the foundation from 2007 as I was advised by the doctor to do exercise as a treatment... I found that every single person has limitations on body or mind which need support from outside at the very first steps."

The Foundation

Advised by a doctor to do exercise as treatment for a health condition (sinusitis).

2007
2009

Discovering Yoga

Joined yoga vacations and applied the schedule. Sinusitis was completely cured, appetite improved, and emotion was manageable after 6 months. A Yogic life began.

Transformation to Teaching

Took yoga teacher training (2015) initially just to achieve a deeply healthy way. Inspired by colleagues' improvements, turned career path to a full-time yoga teacher (2016).

Deepening Knowledge

Turned into 800-Hour Yoga Health Educator Training with the belief of helping people overcome conditions. Completed 100 case studies through Vietnam, India to Nepal.
